About Us
Voice of Needy Foundation
VNF is Disability Development organization started for helping the disabled people.
VNF works to create an environment where disabled people can lead a quality life by engaging in different livelihood opportunities. We are focus on the unreached northern areas of Karnataka helping especially rural communities. Our early intervention program benefits slum dwellers suffering from malnutrition and children with delayed physical development. CBR is another activity where we facilitate disabled people receive the allocated funds from the Local and Central Government.

OUR VISION
Every person with disability is entitled to lead a quality life with access to proper health, education, and livelihood support.
OUR MISSION
Prevention of secondary deformities by early intervention through certain programs aimed at addressing this in particular and to also create employment opportunities for people with disabilities. Engaging the government with the disability institutional network for better implementation of the new Disability Act 2016.

2024 New Year Celebration in Mahalakshmi Layout Skill development center
On 1st Jan 2024, We have celebrated New Year by Cake cut and New resolution, disabled students of current batch shared their resolution plan, staffs motivated students to fix time management goals.31-Dec-2023
State level disability network meet
KARO state disability network meeting was organized in Indian social institute, leaders from different districts of karnataka participated and committed to involve in comming days for working startergic goal for different disability issue Mr. Arunkumar Executive director of VNF took Treasurer role in the network and SWOT anlaysis done and Action plan for the quater has been set.04-Oct-2023
25 disabled people successfully completed Self Employment Soft toys making training

International Disability Day and Job Fair for People with disability organized in Hurlachikkanahalli (Hessarghatta) MLA of Yallahanka inaugurated the event, Dist Disability welfare officer and Executive Officer of Bangalore North explained various schemes of their department , More than 350 disabled participated ,70 Tailoring machine's , 10 Wheelchairs, 10 Crutches and 25 certificates to EDP trained trainees are distributed for the event

Livelihood - Rural Employment program in association with Enable india and RUDSET(EDP) for disabled
Through EDP Training disabled youths between the age group of 18 to 45 get training and start their self employment with the support of VNF,Enable India and Rudset and government Departments so far 46 trainees got training from Bangalore North ,Yallahanka and Nelamangala Taluk of Bangalore Urban and Rural Dist.

9 Batches of residential skill development training completed for disabled youth in Hessarghatta and trained 224 candidate and 70% working in different companies in and around bangalore05-Jan-2020
